i attended a press conference for THK 一心一德为善乐 just today. yes, i'll be performing.. =) and i'll be dancing for this charity performance. my item's Broadway Jazz, in fact, it's a little bit of a fusion between broadway jazz, modern jazz and ballet.
this photo was taken on the first day i grazed my knee. we have some floor-work to do, down on our knees, spinning, sliding, etc.. so my skin came off.. it was still alright.. just grazed, some bruises, no blood.
the next rehearsal.. i had bandage on.. but i think it came off halfway through the dance (i didn't even realize). it was only after i ended my rehearsal that i realized i was bleeding.. no wonder it hurt..
today, after the press conference, i went for filming, followed by another dance rehearsal.. (my wound actually healed pretty nicely..) but again, it bled through my bandage and knee guard.. i think i need thick knee pads from now on! haha.. if not i think the wound will still be there on the 4th of may!
no matter what, i still enjoy the dance. i love dancing, and i think it is so meaningful to be able to do something i love and be able to contribute in my own little way =)
