Youth Leaders Summit 2008
(turning youth vision into reality)

i was invited by ACS (Independent) to give a speech. i shared with them some of my experiences, and what i felt would be of help. college - it seems remotely familiar. after all, it has been some time since i graduated. but it is a nice feeling, seeing all their young faces before me.

i was presented with a certificate of participation at the end of the session. JOKING! i was giving them out. but this particular photo amused me, i really looked like i was pleased at getting a "graduation token" or something.



i had a good time, doing my part for this Youth Leaders Summit, however small it may be. it was also nice talking to the teachers, it made me think about what our teachers really go through to make the lessons more interesting. it also made me think about the time when i was relief teaching, while awaiting Uni admission.


whatever it is, my short break ended on a pretty good note. i'm not sure if i've inspired them (though i definitely hope so), but they've definitely inspired me =)
